Venus Felix is the founder of Triple Nine Training® LLC, a training organization dedicated to providing critical lifesaving skills to the community. Her background includes eight years as an instructor for her department’s Advanced Officer Training Unit, as well as certification as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). She is a certified Tactical Medicine (Tac-Med) Instructor with Homeland Security and serves as a Lead Instructor for the California POST First Aid/CPR Instructor Course.

She is deeply committed to empowering civilians, communities, and law enforcement with the knowledge and confidence to act in critical situations. She believes that lifesaving skills should be accessible to everyone, whether it’s a first responder on duty, a teacher in a classroom, or a parent at home. Her hands-on approach ensures that students not only learn vital techniques but also develop the mindset to stay calm and take decisive action in emergencies.
